destiny needs you.

"The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny."

-Albert Ellis

Who is there to blame?

There's no one to blame. It's easier when there is, but it gets better when there's not, even if the getting better takes forever. It's the worth the wait. To blame is to forget. We forget the power we have within ourselves--the power to forgive and the power to honor our accountability. We're responsible for our chaos, no one else, and these are the first few mental steps we have to take when choosing to design our destiny rather than ungratefully except the one we don't want, the one being handed to us daily. We can stop and make some changes. There is time. Life is short, but there's always time to make it sweet. With the power of the mind affixed on the power of the spirit, the spirit within you, and with the power of honesty, we can learn how to administer and control our habitual and uncontrolled thought patterns, creating space inside of our minds, expanding and transpiring a revelation. We become wise. We think bigger with an expanded, open mind. This is when we'll truly change the course of our lives--when we generate the power from within ourselves and actually begin to change our thinking. We all suffer from chronic thinking, it's a disease, absolutely. When we realize we have this disease, everything begins all over again. We start over like re-birth and we change our lives like re-incarnation, and we change our destiny. Nothing ends, unless you think it does. When we think it, we live it and so life is what it is. We have to take responsibility for every single thing we do and say. Our thoughts and our words spawn our fate, we can't control that, but we can chose our thoughts and our words more wisely. We can chose anything and we can make everything change with the simple powers of thought and choice. We could chose LOVE more often. That's a good start. Let's start with love.

Destiny will be what we want it to be when we love.

My love to you,

  1. Yes! Follow what you love, don't be afraid. Keep your thoughts positve. You can't be successfull in anything if you are filled with doubt and negativity. Its up to you to controll your emotions and thinking.
Many times its hard to see the positve but we must have the mental and emotional disciplin to keep focused on our good.

right here where you are.

"You have the power to bless your own life. Nobody can do it for you." -My Kundalini yoga teacher. Mantra: Today offers us some sort of opportunity, and life is beautiful. My mantra for survival. 6 days ago... Only minutes ago mid grind, an assisting voice with no name, physical attributes, or visible location, spoke to me, kind of like a wizard. I felt like Dorothy. I felt inspired by this vibration so seasonably articulated. I felt crazy. But hey, I'm never gonna survive unless I get a little crazy right? So, I get a little crazy. I can hardly help it. I want to know what "not crazy" means anyways. I have yet to discover it's opaque definition, and no one whom I've crossed paths with has yet to define it's meaning for me. And it's funny to me, because this is the typically and more commonly assumed, preempt, most fitting character trait: to be not crazy. It's coveted. It's preferred. It's poli...

her

This is me. And this is her. To start, I'd like to share this video from a song I wrote entitled "Something Else". This was the first single off my album entitled FORWARD , which   released back in 2012. This song is about hope and healing and so is the video. Without hope there is no healing and without healing there is no hope. They go hand in hand. There's nothing else without the two, and there's nothing to look forward to either. And that's p-r-e-t-t-y depressing. But there's an upside! There's a brighter side somewhere else... where the grass is greener (because you watered it) and because you made the effort to live and learn rather than just live and die. You choose the life you want to live or you don't, someone else does, and you live unhappily ever after. You choose. I choose. We all choose. We either opt for something else or we opt for nothing else and nothing changes. I want something else and I want it every day. That d...

you don't have to be meryl streep

Lights, camera... perfection ! There's a blazing Virgo disposition designing this woman, I'm referring to myself. So, I pretty much like to cruise through life at a more detail-oriented speed, to say the very least. As for my celestial jalopy with a set of wheels that keep on turning, I prefer to be in the driver seat at all times. I like to be in control, so if life really is a highway, then I'm definitely going my way too. And while on the road heading toward some unmarked destiny while driving much too fast and going my way, I violently collide with "mac trucks" as karma bites me in my ass for being such a control freak. I then watch my whole life flash before my eyes as though a near-death experience has just occurred, as though I'm a film star in an amazing near-death scene! On that note, maybe I'm a drama queen too, or maybe I'm just another actress acting like I'm "in control". Flashing. Flashing. Flashing back......
